Red Ember is actively recruiting for a Payroll Administrator based in Menlopark, Pretoria.

Suitable candidates must have 3 to 5 years of payroll experience on the Sage (VIP) Premier system. 

Key responsibilities:

  • General monthly payroll for 3 payrolls
  • Statutory payments
  • General monthly reporting
  • Checking and Auditing Payrolls, ensuring legislative compliance
  • Calculations, payments, and reconciliation of Payroll tax and Group tax including IRP5
  • Maintain Employee Self Service program and HR Premier
  • Provident Fund, Medical Aid and UIF applications
  • Manage Company benefit programs

Requirements:

  • Matric 
  • South African Citizen
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in payroll administration
  • Computer Skills in Microsoft Applications
  • Premier HR 
  • ESS
