Requirements:
- 3+ years software development experience.
- Has strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new things quickly.
- Good communicator and team player.
- Has a relevant bachelor’s degree/Diploma.
- Exposure to the full software life cycle.
- Proven experience meeting deadlines and developing, high performance, scalable, and quality software.
- Can work with little supervision, pro-active and takes on responsibility for code and applications.
- Must be able to use GIT as version control.
- Experience in any of the following languages: Java, PHP, C#, Angular / React.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous, high-pressure environment and meet agreed deadlines.
- Must have a good understanding or user interfaces and modern web design standards.
- Must be comfortable meeting with clients from time to time.
Responsibilities and projects
- As an intermediate full stack developer, you will be responsible for delivering customer solutions using different languages and technologies, develop high quality code and applications.

Reports to: Regional Credit Supervisor
Purpose of the Job
The Regional Credit control position is accountable for the debt collection activities in such a manner that it maximizes collections and minimizes bad debts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Policies and Procedures
Ensure adherence to collection policies and procedures.
Collections and Targets
Monitor and manage a debtor’s portfolio of no more than 480 accounts.Achieve and maintain collections and targets set per company protocol.Actively collect payment according to payment termsPerforms reconciliations of allocated accounts daily.
Overdue Accounts
Attend weekly meetings with the credit supervisor to review all defaulting accounts.Ensure the correct escalation process is followed for the Reminder Letters.Feedback on the top 20 overdue accounts must be prepared and discussed weekly.
Hand Overs and Bad Debts
Follow the correct protocol before blacklisting a client, and then proceed to blacklist clients.Inform the credit supervisor of any liquidations, absconded clients and business rescues immediately.
Credit Notes, Invoices and Adjustments
Check that all credit notes and adjustments are raised correctly.Investigate all reasons for credit notes to ensure that they are valid.Submit all credit notes requisitions to the regional credit supervisor.Raise all rate queries and stop billing on closures with the billing department.
Month-end Activities
Ensure that all re-allocations of unallocated deposits are completed.Ensure that all journals’ requisitions are raised by 12h00 on the 4th working day of the new month.

Ensuring that all Paint shop electrical installations and PLC systems are maintained to company standards and requirements in order to ensure safe plant operation by means of structured maintenance systems such as PM’s, check lists, weekend work job cards etc.
Recommending, updating and modifying electrical installations to the latest engineering technology in order to stay in line with the latest technologies available on the market by constantly dealing with external suppliers and similar industrial companies.
Maintaining of electrical equipment to meet the required health & safety standards to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
Making the necessary adjustments to facilities such as conveyor speeds, fan speeds, system pressures, tank levels etc. by means of PLC settings, controller adjustments and thereafter verify that the adjustments produced the required outcome by measuring the output performance/parameters.
Carrying out planned maintenance activities using the correct tools and testing equipment according to company systems, processes and procedures to ensure that all equipment is serviced at the required intervals as determined from time to time by the maintenance planner / original equipment supplier.
Activating participation on daily basis in the Shop Floor Management structure. This includes sectional meetings and problem resolution activities/implementation as driven by the team.
Education and Experience
NN Diploma/ National Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering (light current) / MechatronicsTrade test certificate Electrician /MillwrightMinimum 2-4years’ proven operations and maintenance experience within in the manufacturing environmentGood experience in VSD control system (Danfoss & SEW)Automation experience & Certified training (PLC’s Drives, etc.).
