A prosperous asset management firm is looking for a Private Equity Advisor to join their team in Sandton, Gauteng. An incredible opportunity to be a part of a global organization that manages more than US$1 billion worth of investment portfolios - over the past 15 years. As a Private Equity Advisor, you will be required to provide support through deal-sourcing, portfolio management and reporting.Duties and responsibilities include:
- Finance modelling.
- Conducting investment opportunity analysis.
- Reporting to stakeholders
- Valuations
- Structuring and management of investments through build a strong pipeline.
- Undergraduate degree in related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a seasoned corporate finance, investment management, merchant banking, or private equity entity.
- Advanced MS Excel and financial modelling tool knowledge.
- Knowledge of Tax and companies act is advantageous.
