- B.Eng. / B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Automotive manufacturing environment.
- Experience in lean manufacturing
- Understanding of optimization
- Production process- and equipment planning, documentation, monitoring & optimization through implementation of LEAN principles.
- Other activities include participation in engineering development and operator training.
- Support production line and manufacturing/ process engineering needs
- Facilities and tooling development
