Description:
To control Inter-Company Accounts and manage Non Gaming Revenue and Food & Beverage Cost Control to the required Standards, and in compliance with all applicable Laws and Accounting Practices.
1. Reviewing Creditors reconciliation’s and payments.
2. Managing and co-ordinating the creditors department.
3. Resolving creditor queries.
4. Reconciling month end general ledger accounts.
5. Posting various month end journals.
6. Assisting with completion of management accounts monthly.
7. Assisting with year end.
8. Assisting and resolving financial queries from Heads of Department.
9. Performing other accounting related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Accpac Accounting Software: 2 to 3 years
- Ms Excel Xp: 2 to 3 years
1. Matric.
2. Post matric accounting qualification.
3. 3 Years accounting experience.
4. Knowledge of MS Excel and Accpac, an added advantage.
5. Good Supervisory and communication skills.
6. Confidentiality is a pre-requisite regarding the results of Gaming activities.
