Duties:

• Providing support with the regulatory treatment
• Facilitating input from other infrastructure areas
• Getting audit buy-in and sign-off to proposed regulatory treatment of complex products/trades
• Providing assistance in implementing regulatory policies
• Stay up to date with regulatory guidance and developments
• Identify possible regulatory issues within the business units and resolve the issues
• Ensure what is suggested to business in a technical paper is properly implemented by the business units

Education and experience:

• CA (SA)
• Minimum 2 – 3 years work experience with banking regulation
