Responsibilities:
· Daily monitoring and tracking of projects in progress.
· Conducting daily touch-base meetings with the Design Manager, Procurement Manager, Factory Project Manager and Electrical and Automation Manager to collate live project updates.
· Identify discrepancies or issues and promptly implement corrective measures.
· Provide support with troubleshooting and resolving issues when applicable.
· Preparing status reports, conducting regular project meetings and being the point of contact for any inquiries related to the project.
· Ensuring that the project adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
· Health & Safety procedures and checks in the factory (I.e. Portable Electrical, Tools, Ladders, Machine Guarding, Lifting Equipment, Safety Harnesses, Lights, Gas Welding Equipment, etc).
· Assigning Toolboxes to new employees.
Requirements:
· Relevant Degree or Diploma; Relevant Certifications
· Experience in Project Management (Design or Manufacturing)
· Computer literate
· Proficiency in project management software
· Good team management skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent time management skills
· Valid driver’s license and own transport
