The successful candidate will be responsible, but not limited to, the following:
Financial reporting including preparing and analyzing financial statements, including income statements and cash flow statements for individual properties and portfolios
Budgeting and Forecasting; developing annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with property management teams Monitor performance against budgeted targets and provide variance analysis
Overseeing accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, rent payments, and vendor payments
Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with auditors during financial audits of properties
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in property management accounting or real estate accounting would be beneficial
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work flexible hours that will include fitting in with US Eastern time zones
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
CPA or CMA certification beneficial
