JOB SPECIFICATION
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Facilitate delivery of Fuel from one destination to another
· Arrange Transportation, schedule Staff and orchestrate Deliveries to meet Customer demand, with little to no delay
· Coordinate Delivery and provide ETAs
· Prepare Load Schedule daily
· Take steps to avoid Quality Control issues
· Manage activities throughout the Order Fulfilment and Transportation Cycle to make sure established Deadlines are met
· Continually review Costs and Transportation Rates to keep Costs down, where possible
· Streamline Transportation Processes
· Provide Administrative support, to ensure efficient operation of Office
· Complete Operational Requirements by scheduling and assigning Projects and expediting Work Results
· Exhibit polite and professional communication via Telephone, email and Mail
· Support Team by performing tasks related to organisation and strong communication
· Ensure operation of Equipment e.g. Brower Repairs, by completing Preventative Maintenance Requirements, calling for Repairs, maintaining Equipment Inventories and evaluating New Equipment and Techniques
· Provide information by answering Questions and Requests
· Maintain Supply Inventory by checking Stock to determine Inventory Level, anticipating Supplies needed and placing and expediting Orders for Supplies
· Contribute to Team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed
