Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on the construction site.
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Supervise and train workers and tradespeople, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
- Monitor and report on project progress to senior management.
- Manage equipment and materials inventory.
- Resolve on-site issues and emergencies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Foreman or Site Manager.
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OHS guidelines.
- Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
