Description:
A Global software specialist, specializing in ERP software for the meat and food industry, is seeking to appoint a software support consultant for their remote office based in Cape Town.
You will be responsible for supporting the Company’s local client base in the Western Cape.
As Software Support Consultant you will be responsible for supporting the company’s local client base.
You will become a systems expert and will gain accounting knowledge, while providing world class technical support on a cloud based, comprehensive property management platform.
You will need to respond to user support calls and queries, train clients on the software, prepare training material and document issues to share with the team.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Related degree
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Own transport and a valid license.
