As the IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the highest levels of performance, security, and reliability. You will lead a team of skilled professionals in managing and delivering infrastructure design, operational excellence, and information security systems and processes. Additionally, you will leverage your technical expertise to stay abreast of current trends in network, security, and cloud infrastructure, and provide strategic guidance to drive innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals responsible for infrastructure design, operational excellence, and information security systems and processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize IT infrastructure performance, security, and reliability.
• Stay informed about current trends in network, security, and cloud infrastructure, and provide technical guidance to support business objectives.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network hardware, protocols, and standards.
• Provide extensive application support, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of IT initiatives with business goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience managing and delivering infrastructure design and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong background in managing and delivering information security systems and processes, including experience with risk management and compliance frameworks.
• Technical knowledge of current trends in network, security, and cloud infrastructure, with the ability to evaluate and recommend emerging technologies.
• Extensive experience with network hardware, protocols, and standards.
• Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive application support, with experience troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
