A well-respected and progressive accounting firm in Durbanville is recruiting for a candidate in their Accounting Department.
The firm is well-established and are committed to offering their clients high quality service.
The firm is looking for a self-confident individual with a completed accounting degree or completed SAICA/ SAIPA Articles.
Duties and responsibilities
- Bookkeeping up to Trial balance.
- Monthly VAT and PAYE Calculations.
- Payroll Processing.
- Bi-annual employer reconciliations.
- Preparation and drafting of monthly management accounts.
- Preparation and drafting of Annual Financial Statements.
- Preparation of tax returns.
- Calculations of provisional tax and income tax.
- Workman’s compensation and RMA submissions.
- Other administrative tasks.
- Client interaction and relations.
- Manage personal performance.
- Work effectively in teams.
- Uphold ethics and values and act with integrity.
- Set clear objectives and plan activities.
