The successful FM will report directly to the Financial Director. Key deliverables specific to this role, will include the compilation of monthly budgets and forecasts, the preparation of annual financial statements, and the oversight of asset management reports.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Accounting
- SAP exposure
- 5 years’ relevant experience as an Assistant FM
