CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER / OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Our growing water services company is looking for a COO / Operations Director who will oversee the group operations, HR, Fleet and other business divisions.
We have a relaxed, easy going and fast paced office environment and we look forward to welcoming the right candidates into our group.
HIGH LEVEL JOB DESCIPTION:
Manage to various operations and technology teams Ensure the smooth running of the business operations, from installations to maintenance and stock control Ensure operational processes are being carried out and implement more efficient processes Deal with broader operations issues in the business Ensure that operational managers are performing and deal with performance related issues Be the in between for financial related matters relating to operations including coordinating procurement with finance, capex billing after work done, etc.... HR - Perform the HR Management function dealing with vacancies, discipline, KPI's and leave Strategy - assist in developing operational growth strategy Ensure that stock is being managed correctly Fleet, Security and Stock ManagementRequirements:
- Microsoft Office: 5 to 6 years
- Google Sheets: 5 to 6 years
MUST have the following skills:
Extremely Organized
Industry experience
Detail orientated
Good technically (both technical skills from a maintenance perspective as well as from a technology perspective)
Young and energetic
Trustworthy
Easy going
Hard working
Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and Appsheets
Must have (at least) an undergraduate Degree (Ideally a BCOM or an Engineering degree)
NON-SMOKING
MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE AND A DRIVERS LICENSE
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
