Qualifications and Requirements:- Post-Basic Diploma in Critical Care Nursing
- Additional qualifications in Nursing Management and Administration
- Minimum of 3 years' management experience within the private healthcare sector
- Registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as registered nurse
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of team management and development
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
