- Coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, leveraging your expertise in C# development.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive measures to address issues as they arise.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience minimum 3 years in software development project management, with a strong focus on C# development.
- Exposure to C# programming language and related technologies/frameworks (e.g., .NET, ASP.NET).
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and project management best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince 2, PMBOK, Scrum Master) are a plus.
