REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant qualification in aesthetics - Masters Diploma in Aesthetician; ITEC; CIDESCO or SAAHSP
• 2 â 3 yearsâ experience as a senior beauty therapist in a managerial position.
• Previous managerial experience in a spa or beauty salon setting.
• Practical experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies, advanced facials, and holistic body treatments
• Passionate about healing and wellness
• Basic computer skills
• Well-groomed
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

DUTIES:

• Assist the Spa Manager in daily operations and management tasks
• Ensure the smooth running of spa treatments and services
• Supervise spa staff and provide guidance and support as needed
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the spa
• Handle client inquiries, bookings, and complaints in a professional manner
• Assist in inventory management and stock control
• Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to drive business growth
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to enhance service offerings
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Spa Manager

• Shift Work
