Description:
RS Recruitment Services is assisting a large RETAIL COMPANY based in PINETOWN to source a TEMP ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK (4 to 5 months). Approximately R15 00 per month .
OUR CLIENT HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER 30 YEARS AND IS PART OF A GROUP OF 350 RETAIL STORES ACROSS SOUTHERN AFRICA.
Applicants should have/be the following:
A Matric certificate.
A financial qualification or studying towards one.
A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience on SAP, an advantage.
Experience within the retail and or hardware industries , an advantage.
Requirements:
Duties & Responsibilities – but not limited to:
Allocating expenses to GL accounts and cost centers.
Completes payments by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices to statement and ledger.
Submitting of supplier payments on SAP and the bank.
Controlling all salary reimbursements, overtime, staff discounts, and submissions to the central office.
Petty cash reconciliations.
Capturing supplier invoices on SAP, reconciliation of supplier accounts, and posting for payment.
Reconciling accounts on SAP.
Purchase order capture and maintenance.
Maintain the bank file (Receipt and payments).
Remuneration:
Approximately R15 000 per month.
