Description:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 6-8 representatives to maximize their potential and performance.
- Set clear sales targets, quotas, and objectives for individual team members and monitor their progress towards goals.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback, coaching, and training to enhance sales skills and techniques.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and manage sales pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and sales activity metrics to ensure visibility and predictability of revenue.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services and generate leads.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales standards, as well as regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
