Description:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 6-8 representatives to maximize their potential and performance.
  3. Set clear sales targets, quotas, and objectives for individual team members and monitor their progress towards goals.
  4. Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  5. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback, coaching, and training to enhance sales skills and techniques.
  6. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and improvement.
  7. Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions.
  8. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  9. Monitor and manage sales pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and sales activity metrics to ensure visibility and predictability of revenue.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making.
  11. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services and generate leads.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales standards, as well as regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  3. Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
  6. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  8. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  9. Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
  10. High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
