Property Accountant

Description:

Our client in the northern suburbs of Cape Town, boasting a great company culture, is seeking a finance professional with at least 3 years of commercial experience, to perform the role of Property Accountant. You will liaise with property managers, tenants, and staff based in the United States and you will mainly work from home.
Financial Reporting
Budgeting and Forecasting
Cost Control
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Financial Analysis
Tax Compliance
Audit Preparation
Cash Management
Tenant Relations

Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in property management accounting would be highly advantageous
Skilled in accounting principles and financial analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – liaising directly with individuals in US
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an exciting fast-paced environment

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred
