An opportunity is available for you to become the Head: Manger Research for an investment and financial services organization based in Johannesburg, Gauteng. A great position that will require a holistic and strategic approach towards directing the Manager Research process. This role will require you to ensure accountability of deliverables at expert level.Duties and responsibilities include:
- Developing standardized research reporting templates.
- Managing the research team.
- Initiating new research methods, new technologies and analytical tools
- Engaging with CIO, portfolio construction and asset allocation teams to provide valuable input when required.
- Conduct frequent review sessions to test efficiency.
- BCOM / CA / MBA / CFA
- Minimum 8 years of investment experience with at least 3 years in multi-management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
