Description:
- Developing and implementing maintenance strategies
- Planning and scheduling equipment maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime
- Coordinationg with production, engineering and maintenance teams to schedule equipment maintenance and priorotize recources
- Preparing maintenance schedules and communicating them with stakeholders
- Coordinating with vendors to procure parts
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance work
- Conduction regular equipment inspections
- Providing technical support to a team of maintenance technicians
Requirements:

- Machine tool fitting experience
- Grade 12/N3
- Technical Mechanical Studies
- Strong Hydraulic Background
- Mechanical Fitter Trade Certificate
- Excellent communication skills
- Abillity to work under pressure
- Familiarity with maintenance management software and systems
- Experience with managing a team
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and Best Practices
- At least 5 years experience with maintenance in a manufacturing environment

The Maintenance Supervisor will work in a manufacturing environment which may involve exposure to noise, dust and other hazards, may be required to work overtime, weekends or Holidays, and may need to travel to different work sites to coordinate maintenance operations or attend training sessions.
