Financial Manager

Description:

A growing beverage manufacturer and distributor based in the East Rand of Johannesburg requires the services of a seasoned Financial Manager. Although a well-established business, they are in an exciting growth phase and need a strong individual who can create and implement new operating policies.
Financial planning and analysis
Budgeting and forecasting
Financial reporting
Cash flow management
Risk management and compliance
Financial operations
International tax

Skills & Experience:
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Pastel Partner ESSENTIAL
Minimum of 5 years experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably within the alcohol industry
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
Excellent knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
Experience with Pastel systems
Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders
Proven leadership abilities with a track record of driving results and managing cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Joint venture experience

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
