LabourTek is in the process of recruiting an experienced Quality Manager to join a notable FMCG manufacturing plant based in the Western Cape.
Requirements:
This role will be concerned with the Quality Control and Quality Assurance Management of the plant. The successful candidate will maintain the company’s food safety certifications by managing and controlling processes to ensure compliance to all regulations and standards. They will be tasked with ensuring hygiene and housekeeping is maintained to the highest standard. They will manage internal and external facility audits. They will be constantly liaising with the NPD to ensure that all customer complaints are solved and enforce continuous improvement.
This role requires a relevant qualification in Food Technology or related and a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience. In depth knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, policies and procedures is expected.
