Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior HR Officer to join our Human Resources department and assist with various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and a strong desire to grow in the field. This position will provide valuable hands-on experience for someone looking to kickstart their career in HR.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding process
- Maintain employee records and HR systems
- Assist with performance management process
- Support HR team with various projects and initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, internship experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
