Description:
A well established company based in Springs is seeking a Legal Secretary.
Duties:
• Winding up Deceased Estates (essential)
• Forming new trusts, and working with existing trusts (essential)
• CIPC registration of companies etc (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of conveyancing – willingness to go into the conveyancing field. (preferred)
• General secretarial / administration work
Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Legal Secretarial courses (Preferred)
• Prior experince working in a law firm / Accounting firm (Pref)
• Must come from a legal industry , will look look at minimum experience
Computer Literacy:
MS Office (Excel,Word)
