As our Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be at the helm of ensuring our properties operate seamlessly, working closely with a team of passionate property coordinators and reporting directly to our Facilities Manager. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining the delicate balance between preservation and progress as we transform spaces into conservation and heritage havens.

Responsibilities:
Ø Oversee maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulations.
Ø Mentor and guide our team of property coordinators to achieve peak performance.
Ø Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring top-notch service delivery.
Ø Assist in budget management and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ø Implement preventive maintenance programs to uphold safety standards and minimize downtime.
Ø Lead emergency response efforts and coordinate resources for swift resolutions.
Ø Collaborate with contractors, tenants, and the Facilities Manager to plan and execute maintenance tasks.
Ø Maintain meticulous documentation and generate insightful reports for management review.
Ø Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Ø Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ø Foster positive tenant relationships by addressing maintenance concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
Ø 5+ years of proven maintenance management experience in property or real estate.
Ø Diploma in a related field.
Ø Strong leadership and management skills.
Ø Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Ø Proficiency in building systems, regulatory requirements, and maintenance procedures.
Ø Familiarity with ticketing systems and Google products.
Ø Comfortable working in a small team, open office, and remote settings.
Ø Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
