Qualifications:
- Min of 5 years’ experience as a Bookkeeper
- Proven experience as a Finance Assistant/Debtors Clerk or similar role.
- Experience on Pastel Partner, Pastel Evolution, advanced Excell
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and Excel, experience as a full function Bookkeeper.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Finance Related qualification would be advantageous
- Efficiently manage debtor accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices, minimizing overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in the preparation of monthly financial analyses and reports.
- Liaise with clients to clarify any billing discrepancies and foster strong, professional relationships.
- Support the finance team with data entry, processing, and generating reports using our state-of-the-art financial software.
- Contribute to the implementation of new processes to improve financial efficiency and risk management
- Full function Bookkeeping
- Debt Collection on accounts post 30 days
- Capturing Cashbook
- Allocation of Payments received
- Invoicing
- Monitor age analysis
- Credit Notes
- Income statements
