Description:
We have a Sectional Title Property Manager Portfolio Administrator position available for a person with minimum 3-5 years experience in the property management industry.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years property experience.
- Good knowledge of the STSM Act;
- Good knowledge of the CSOS Act;
- Experience in compiling Residential and/or Commercial Body Corporate Budgets;
- Experience in typing of minutes of trustee meetings, AGM, SGM meetings;
- Fluent in English and able to communicate in a professional manner;
- Must have a car and valid driver’s license;
- Must be available to work in the evenings to attend trustee meetings, AGM’s and/or SGM’s.
