Requirements:
- Retail: 1 to 2 years
- Sales Rep: 1 year or less
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Provide product information and recommendations to customers
3. Assist customers with selecting and trying on merchandise
4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS system
5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment
6. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
7. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
8. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner
9. Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales revenue
10. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Previous retail sales experience preferred
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Customer-focused with a positive attitude
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
6. Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
7. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
