Our client is looking for a JBPM Specialist.  This role will expose you to a diverse working environment with endless opportunities to grow as an individual and to work for an organization that promotes equality. This is a contract role based in Johannesburg.A skilled JBPM Specialist with at least 5 years of experience to join our client as an independent contractor based in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing client-side and server-side architecture, customizing BPM workflows using JBPM, and developing and managing well-functioning databases and applications.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience working with JBPM and BPM technologies.Strong understanding of client-side and server-side architecture principles.Proficiency in Java programming language.Experience customizing BPM workflows using JBPM or similar technologies.Solid understanding of database management and application development.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.Design client-side and server-side architecture for BPM workflows and applications.Customize BPM workflows using JBPM to meet specific business requirements.Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications to support BPM processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.Optimize BPM workflows and applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.Troubleshoot and debug issues related to BPM workflows and applications.Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in BPM and related fields
