- 8 years of Investment Experience
- 3 Years of Management Experience
- Quantitative and Quant Sub Processes
- optimizing scale and leverage processes
- Management of the research team
- incorporate new research methods, new technologies as well as analytical tools into the research processes
- Work closely with the CIO for Portfolio construction as well as asset management team management
