Well established FMCG manufacturer in Cape Town has a great opportunity for a Food Safety Supervisor with the emphasis on Sanitation & Quality.
Your experience should include the following to meet the requirements of the role:
Degree in Food Technology (or related qualification)
Minimum 4 years experience in food processing of which at least 2 years have been focussed on sanitation
Thorough knowledge of food safety, sanitation and quality procedures
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 essential
Understanding of safe and proper handling of chemicals, fumigants etc a must
Must be able to work weekends and public holidays as and when required
