Description:
Our client based in Pretoria East is looking for a candidate to assist with daily sales, administrative, and logistical support to customers, suppliers, and internal.
Monitor procurement, shipping, receiving and dispatch of materials.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate supplier and customer orders.
• Compile sales reports, price offers.
• Keep track of supply and delivery of products (vessels, trucks).
• Obtain import permits, certificates of conformity, label requirements, purchase orders, etc.
• Update and maintain customer information.
• Creditors and debtors coordination.
• Prepare Sales orders and Invoices.
• Coordinate imports and port operations and documentation.
• General administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (relevant admin qualification beneficial).
- Intermediate level MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Customer orientated.
- Fluent in English & Afrikaans.
- Geographical knowledge.
- Knowledge of supply chain will be beneficial.
- Knowledge of imports and export will be beneficial.
- Knowledge of road and sea freight will be beneficial.
- Knowledge of clearing and forwarding documents will be beneficial.
