What You'll Do:
- Develop and Implement Strategies: Craft content and social media strategies that align with our clients' marketing goals.
- Create Content Across Platforms: Generate engaging and relevant content for social media, websites, email, digital, and print, including specific advertisement and promotional materials.
- Research and Innovation: Utilise strong research skills to stay ahead of industry trends and brainstorm innovative content ideas that resonate with our audience.
- Content Calendar Management: Manage the content calendar from conceptualisation to publication, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Coordination with Freelancers: Work with freelancers and other creative professionals, ensuring alignment with client strategies and quality standards.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyse content performance and adjust strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Operational Support: Occasionally assist in loading content onto various platforms according to a content plan and provide support in client account management.

- Creative and Strategic Thinking: Adept at brainstorming content ideas and researching the latest trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience using content management systems (CMS) and digital platforms for content management.
- Collaborative and Flexible: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team and adaptability to respond to changing trends and client needs.
Experience Level: Mid-weight position available. We welcome talented creatives with a Bachelor's degree in Marekting, Communication, or a related-field and three to five years of experience.
