What you will be doing:


  • Engage with leads promptly via telephone calls, offering attentive assistance.
  • Ensure the CRM remains updated and organised for seamless client interactions.
  • Cultivate relationships with network prospects through regular communication, keeping them engaged and informed.
  • Apply proven sales methodology with care and diligence.
  • Facilitate smooth deal processes, from signing Offers to Purchase to progressing deals.
  • Provide valuable support to clients on property resales and rental yield insights.
  • Share your expertise in pricing and product design during project planning.
  • Collaborate in compiling comprehensive competitor information packs, contributing to our clients competitive edge.

What you need:


  • 5 - 10 years' experience selling properties.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and investment analysis.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Cape Town real estate market, particularly the Atlantic Seaboard.
  • Must have a deep network of past buyers and solid prospects.
  • Previous experience in residential sales in high-value areas.
  • Strong investment analysis and Excel proficiency.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding targets.
  • Extensive network of past buyers and prospects.
