- Please note that this is a long-estabished audit practice servicing your small to medium size client companies, and the team age-wise is youngish.
- Must have completed SAICA training program and been discharged
- Tertiary studies
- Bcompt Accounting Science or equivalent (complete or close to completion)
- CTA 1 or 2 (or registering in next semester/year)
- Candidates who have already started with ITC/APC exams and CA(SA)’s will not be considered .
- Must have Caseware Working Papers experience – non-negotiable
- Salary/package – dependent on studies and post article experience. Will include Group Life & disability cover.
- Must have own laptop with Windows 10/11 Pro (we supply all other software)
- Own transport
- Preferably residing within 40kms from the office in Bedfordview and willing to travel or relocate
- Position is office based – no remote working.
- Position will require candidate to travel to clients – we reimburse this travel at R4.64 per km where approved
- Candidate will be required to perform audit and related activities at clients (and at the office) located in Jhb, CPT and KZN – out of Gauteng jobs between 4 to 6 times a year for an average of 1 week per trip.
- Leave:
- 18 days annual leave
- Related Under-graduate studies – 2 days per module on first attempt
- Related Post-graduate studies (CTA) – 20 days per annum on first attempt
- ITC/APC – 15 days per exam on first attempt
- The firm is deadline driven so the candidate must be able to manage his time effectively within budget
