Description:
An international Real Estate Agency has a vacancy for Qualified and Intern Estate Agents.
Provide guidance and assist Sellers and Buyers in marketing and pruchasing Property for the right price and best terms.
Determine Clients needs and financial abilities to propose soulutions that suit them.
Negotiation processes, consult Clients on market conditions, prices, bonds and legal requirements.
Complete contracts, deeds, liaise with Attorneys, Banks and Contractors.
Build networks and develop relationships.
Promote sales through advertisements, open house and listing services.
This is a Commission only position.
Will be responsible for working in the Pretoria Old East area.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Estate Agent or Salesperson.
Ability to work independently.
Strong sales and negotiations skills.
A qualification in Real Estate would be an advantage.
Ability to work to targets.
Must have a valid drivers licence and own vehicle.
Must be fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
