CREDITORS ADMINISTRATOR (PROCUREMENT)
CENTURION
Purpose:
The role is accountable for maintaining all supplier information, timeous and accurate processing documentation for purchasing, payments and reconciliations. Ensuring all payments are within payment terms and that all discounts and rebates claimed. Resolution of all queries relating to creditors within the agreed timeframes. Maintain good relations with all suppliers. Performed all necessary creditors reporting within the required time and quality standards and timetables. This role will also be accountable for inbound transport of raw materials to the various depots.

Ideal & Selected Candidates
Requirements:
- FMCG / Manufacturing Environment: 2 to 3 years
- Reditors Management / Accounts Payable / Equivalent: 2 to 3 years
Requirements:
• 3+ Years’ experience in creditors management / accounts payable / equivalent
• Experience within FMCG / Manufacturing environment
• Great Plains experience and bookkeeping experience (advantage)
• Bookkeeping Diploma, office administration Diploma (advantage)
• Computer literacy & MS Excel skills
• Matric Certificate
