EC/KZN - based in PE (Gqeberha)
- Oversee and manage Plant staff
- Responsible for plant performance and Compliance
- Accountable for Safety Performance in accordance with MHSA/OSHA
- Maintain effective admin and control procedures including HR/IR, stock
- Continuous improvement and optimization of processes
- Implement and maintain Financial Control with Profit & Loss
- Monitor and detail records and reporting on processes & ongoing projects
- Compile Plant Reports and attend meetings
- Monitor plant health and ensure plant availability is optimized
- Effective reporting to the Operations Manager
Requirements:

- B.Eng or BTech in Chemical Engineering (Civil and Mechanical will be considered depending on relevant experience)
- Min of 3-5 years’ experience in advanced water treatment
- Computer skills
- Advantageous - experience in RO, UF, Precipitation, Clarification
- Understanding of plant health and managing water treatment assets
