Our client in the legal sector is looking for a Junior Assistant to join their team in the Finance Department based in Cape Town (Northern Suburbs) Requirements:- Matric
- Min. 1 years’ experience in a similar position
- Must have experience working for an attorney firm.
- Posting of Receipts & Statements in terms of Outstanding Receipts
- Effectiveness of Operational Responsibility
- Accuracy & Completeness of Legal Documents & Compliance Documents
- Adherence to laid down processes on all systems
- Posting of Receipts / Payments
- Balancing of fee files / invoicing on registered matters
- Reporting and follow up on outstanding matters
