- Provide Process, Operational and Maintenance expertise
- Monitor and evaluate plant health and performance
- Compile and distribute plant operational performance reports
- Track chemical consumption and manage chemical stock levels
- Implement Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Lead onsite implementation of process changes
- Deliver on sound established engineering principles and standards
- Compile Standard Operating Procedures
- Train and develop Process Controllers and Supervisors
- Incident Notification protocols and management of incidents
- Ensure PTO’s, SWP’s and Task Risk Assessments are in place
- Manage risks
- Monitor costs
Requirements:

- B.Eng or BTech in Chemical Engineering
- 1 -3 years experience in an engineering or production related field
- Computer literacy
- Preferable and advantageous - experience in RO, UF, Precipitation, Clarification
- Advantageous - experience in Water Treatment
- Valid Code B drivers’ license and own transport
