Description:

The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall management, operations, and maintenance of the water treatment plant(s) within the designated area. Experience, Qualifications & Functional Competencies:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.Eng or BTech) in Chemical Engineering (Preference given to Chemical Engineering qualification; Civil and Mechanical considered based on relevant experience).
  • 3-5 years' experience in advanced water treatment.
  • Experience in RO, UF, Precipitation, Clarification advantageous.
  • Previous staff management experience advantageous.
  • Understanding of plant health and water treatment asset management.
  • Strong management experience with a proven track record of satisfactory performance.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, database management, PowerPoint, and email.
  • Client management skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Eng or BTech) in Chemical Engineering (Preference given to Chemical Engineering qualification; Civil and Mechanical considered based on relevant experience).
