- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

- Highly ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven with a proven track record of sales success.
- Proficiency in computer skills for managing customer databases and creating sales reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for regular travel to client sites.
Probation Period: 3 Months
Working hours: Monday to Friday 6:30 am to 4:00 pm
- Extensive experience in the building industry, particularly in sales or related roles.
- Highly ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven with a proven track record of sales success.
