Responsibilities:
- Responding to all incoming queries, via all contact mediums including but not limited to: calls, live chat, e-mail
- Ensuring that all communication and volume received during their respective shift is dealt with in the required timeframe and manner
Requirement:
- German & English communication skills
- Completed NQF Level 4 or a Matric qualification or higher
- Minimum 12-month service industry experience ideal
- Computer knowledge (speed, accuracy and navigation)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and MS Office applications
- Flexibility in work schedule - (Shifts will possibly start and end outside of normal business hours)
- South African Citizen/Permanent Resident

- R16 000 – R18 000
