Inventory Controller with financial background as well - Automotive Industry experience - 2 years

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitoring intentory levels and report as per BOS policy
• BOM Audits is a main KPI that must always with the BOS Policy
• Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices
• Liasing and negotiating with suppliers to ensure the quality of stock according to DMR Processes
• Coordinating the management of stock that might include:
  • transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing
• Working on the 7-week report forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock available and report if risks are identified
• Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS) according to:
  • Import 10 days on hand
  • Local 5 days on hand
• Analysing and reviewing WIP areas to ensure that there are no duplicate part numbers
  • Old part numbers not moving to be managed, tranfer to P&A or Obsolete Location
• Performing regular stock checks/audits9compare actual on floor vs system) on the floor and reporting any issues
  • Receiving
  • Transit warehouse
  • Any other warehouse related
• Manging and updating inventory records via regular cycle counts and physical inventory counts(stocktakes)
