Payroll Clerk/Hr Assistant

Description:

We are looking for a payroll clerk/HR Assistant based in Bedfordview.

• The position will assist the Payroll clerk with monthly HR and payroll-related tasks;
• This will be a payroll/HR assistant role to start off with and then take over from the lady that is currently in the position when she goes on retirement within the next 1 to 2 years time.
• We would therefore want to groom the new candidate into the role over the next year or 2 to take over the full function.

• Payroll

1. Must be computer literate in Excel and other Microsoft software
2. Must have knowledge of SARS EASYFILE
3. Must have knowledge of SARS E-filing
4. The candidate must have at least 5 years SAGE VIP Payroll experience;

Salary details:

CTC of this position will be from R15k – R30k negotiable depending on experience and skills and qualifications

The company does a pension fund and there is a 50/50 contribution of 7.5% each of pensionable income.

The company also offers medical aid on a group scheme should the person not already have medical aid via their spouse and this cost forms part of the CTC.
