Receptionist/Girl Friday (Fleet/Logistics Industry) – Sandton
One of our large fleet management clients based in Sandton are urgently in need of a Receptionist/Girl Friday that are skilled in Excel and Finances to start as soon as possible.
Salary: R7 000 to R9 000, depending on experience (Negotiable)

Requirements:
Grade 12
Working/have worked in the Logistics/truck rental industry will be beneficial
Advanced Excel skills
Must have very good telephone etiquette
Very good financial background
Professional Appearance
Must be able to work well under pressure
Own transport
Computer literate (Fleetactiv, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Duties:
Manage reception area
Manage finances on excel sheet
Filing
Data capturing
