Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance processes and systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements by conducting thorough quality inspections, analyzing data, and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality standards and procedures throughout the product lifecycle. ● Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal quality requirements and industry standards. ● Analyze quality data and trends to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions. ● Develop and implement quality control plans, testing protocols, and procedures to ensure product reliability and performance, while also supporting supplier quality management activities and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Quality Auditing: 3 to 4 years
• Quality Management Systems Design And Development: 3 to 4 years

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required. ● Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles in the automotive industry. ● Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools, such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and 8D problem-solving. ● Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949, ISO 14001) and auditing processes.
